You are very welcome to join our fitness workshop, in which you will not just be working out your legs and core, but where you will learn how to work out your spirit as well! This workshop is open for teens and adults, but if you have tough kids that would like to join, they are welcome to do so. Please don’t worry about whether or not you are fit enough to join the workshop; we will make sure that everyone can work out at their own level!
