It happens over and over again: somebody asks ‘how are you?’ And, without thinking, you reply: ‘I’m tired.’ Why are we always tired? A good night’s sleep or a holiday at the sea doesn’t seem to fix the problem. What if we are out of sync somehow with a healthy approach to the rhythms and seasons of life? In this workshop we will take a reflective look at the way we approach a day, a week, and a year. Or maybe we just all take a nap.
